    The main duties of the prosecutors include investigation, initiating public prosecution, executing public prosecution, assisting private prosecution, delegating private prosecution, directing the execution of criminal judgments and other responsibilities prescribed by the laws and regulations. They are the representatives of the social justice and have the heavy responsibility of removing malice, unlawful or wrongful acts from our society. These are important to our lives, properties and rights. Thus we handle the cases and do our job very carefully.

1. Our Promise We promise to provide our service actively, enthusiastically, and responsibly.

a. Our principle- professional and careful: In order to defeat the criminals and avoid false accusations, we investigate into every case professionally and carefully.

b. Loyalty in our position- We are familiar and specialized with our job, and we deal with the cases enthusiastically. We never shirk our responsibilities.

c. Two-way communications- We deal with the complaints from the general public in accordance with the "Rules regarding Handling Complaints from the General Public" promulgated by this Office. A task team shall be responsible for the complaints, coordinate the related organizations, and quickly deal with the case before the deadline.

d. Sympathy- We know the difficulties of the parties in every case. We answer, explain and give instructions to the questions with patience and good manners no matter there is an important issue in them or not.

2. Our Service Direction

a. Follow the orders from the superior organization and carry out the “Plan on the Improvement of the Friendly Impression of the Prosecutorial Organizations of the Ministry of Justice” in order to build a better impression on our judicial system.

b. Provide our service through a single counter, simplify the procedure, and increase the efficiency.

c. Effectively expand the combination and use of the resources of our society, constantly improve our service, and raise the quality of our service.

d. Provide an e-mail address for comments from the general public, research on public opinions in person or by telephone, take comments from a variety of sources, know the public opinions in detail, and do our best to make improvements.

e. Avoid bureaucracy, always think about the need of the general public, and treat them with sincerity and good manners.

3. We Strictly Evaluate Our Service Achievements To ensure the best quality of our service, we have randomly check and evaluate the sanity of the service facilities and environment, the attitudes in our service, the conditions of our staff on duty, the manners in telephone conversations.
