We are under the Taiwan High Prosecutors Office. Our main missions are prosecuting crimes and executing criminal judgments to protect the safety of people’s life, liberty and property.

    We have one Chief Prosecutor and several Section Chief Prosecutors and Forensic Doctors. There are Secretariat, Probation Officer Office, Personnel Office, Accounting Office, Statistics Office, Civil Ethics Office, and Information Office as first level units in this Office. There are Record Section, Execution Section, Documentation Section, Research and Evaluation Section, General Affairs Section, and Judicial Police Office in the Secretariat
