To achieve effectiveness in Public Service, this Prosecutors Office has drawn up a workflow chart below for the Public Service items that are closely related to the people so that the public can easily understand them.

 

Workflow Chart

  1. Convenient verbal complaints to the public  → Ring for complaints  → Fill in and submit complaint paper  → Be guided to investigative room  → Report for opening
  2. Release on bail, committing the custody of the accused  → Contacting guarantor  → Directing release  → Submitting (requests) to the prosecutor for approval  → Release upon completion
  3. Complimentary Lunch for the accused in detention  → Taking attendance  → Ordering meal  → Meal distribution  → Receipt submission for refunds
  4. Receive expenses for Witness and Expert Witness  → Attendance registration  → Interrogation and witness statement in investigative room  → Permit issued by the prosecutor  → Submission of permit to the registration desk for grants.
  5. Application for the Conversion of Imprisonment Term to Fine Processing  →Fill verbal request at the Prosecutors Office or Written application  →Register with the section in Charge Present identification documents  →Examination and recording of statements  → Assessment and evaluation  →Issuance of fine conversion notice  → Pay fine and obtain official receipt  →Return to the Section in Charge Present official receipt for verification  →Close case
  6. Grievance Processing for Crime Victim  → Fill verbal request at the Prosecutors Office or Written application  → Accept registration  →  Case Assignmen (Project Team)  →Case Tracking and Monitoring → Close case
