Prosecutorial Affairs

     Making indictment, trial advocacy and directing the execution of criminal sentences are the primary task of the prosecutorial organizations. All of our staff members work actively under the command of the superior officers to deal with various kinds of cases. We especially work hard in fighting against corruption, violence, drugs, bribery, sexual transactions of minors, infringement of intellectual property rights, economic crimes, computer and internet crimes, and other major crimes in order to protect the safety of people’s life, liberty, and property.

    We also put lots of emphases on probation and after-care affairs, which will help the people who have committed crimes to start a new life. In addition, we focus on the protection of victims of crimes to rebuild lives of victims or their families. Besides, we do our best to carry out our public service policy to increase people’s confidence in the prosecutorial organizations.
