According to Article 161(1) of the Crimininal Procedure Act, the Prosecutor must present evidence to prove the defendant’s guilt. During a trial of criminal proceeding, the Prosecutor will actively and vigorously carry out trial advocacy by questioning of defendants, witnesses, experts and presenting evidence at court.
