We made a flow chart to make it easier for people to understand the common procedures of our service. 　

File Complaint:

Ring the bell → fill out a complaint form →enter the investigation room →hearing of the case 　

Post Bail:

Contact the person who will pay the bail → provide instructions →getting prosecutor's approval →release the suspect 　

Free Meals for Defendants in Custody:

Count people → Order food →Eat → Register for account purpose 　

Reimburse witness for the traveling expenses:

Report to our Office → testify → prosecutor issue certificate of attendance → receive the money in the Cashier 　

Application for imposing a fine instead of imprisonment:

Oral Application or Written Application →report to the department in charge of the case and provide evidence→ review and keep records→issue notice for the payment of the fine→ issue receipt after paying the fine→ get back to the department in charge of the case and check the receipt →closing 　

Counter for the victims of serious crimes:

Oral Application or Written Application → registration→ case distribution (special task force) → follow-up → closing
